Since the products are intended for personal use and for health reasons and in our concern for public health,
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products unless they arrive defective, damaged, or encounter any such problem .
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We will replace the product after the store receives the product and conducts the necessary inspection within 3-7 working days.
Cancel orders:
If the application status is changed from pending review to pending, the policy fee of 45 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return shipments from the delivery company
If the shipment is not received by the customer and is returned to the store by the delivery company, the amount paid will not be refunded .
However, the order can be reshipped again with a new shipping fee of 45 Saudi riyals , after coordination with customer service.
