We do not accept returns or exchanges of products unless they arrive defective, damaged, or encounter any such problem .
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We will replace the product after the store receives it and conducts the necessary inspection within 3-7 business days.
If the application status is changed from pending review to in progress, the policy fee of 45 riyals will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If the shipment is not received by the customer and is returned to the store by the delivery company, the amount paid will not be refunded .
However, the order can be reshipped again with a new shipping fee of 45 Saudi Riyals , after coordination with customer service.
