Gold Guarantee Policy – Zilal Store

At Dhilal Store , we are committed to providing genuine, high-quality products. We guarantee our customers that our 100% authentic Isfahani kohl is free from lead, metals, and harmful impurities. Should this prove otherwise, the customer is entitled to benefit from our Gold Guarantee policy, subject to the following conditions:

Warranty terms:

1- Proving the violation:

The customer must provide an official inspection report from one of the laboratories accredited by the General Authority for Food and Drug and the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization , proving that the kohl contains lead, metals or impurities in proportions that exceed the limits allowed according to the approved health standards.

No report from an unaccredited or accredited laboratory that does not include accurate data on the proportions of metals or impurities will be accepted.

2- Examination and compensation procedures:

Upon submission of the report, the store undertakes to receive the same product from the customer to conduct the necessary internal checks within a period ranging from 7 to 24 working days .

If the claim is confirmed after inspection of the store, the customer will receive compensation equal to twice the purchase price on their purchase invoice from the Shadows store , in addition to full compensation for laboratory fees , provided that the store is provided with a copy of the inspection invoice.

The store will bear the shipping costs of the product if the claim is proven to be true, but if the claim is not true, the customer will bear all costs.

3- Warranty controls:

The warranty is valid only for products purchased from the Shades store , with the presentation of the original proof of purchase .

The warranty does not cover products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.

The customer is entitled to benefit from the gold guarantee only once from the first purchase.
